Available to pre-order now, each bottle is drawn from a single barrel, filled and individually labelled by hand and is proudly offered to you free from colouring or chill-filtration. At natural cask strength of 57.1% ABV, our artful, distinct and tactile bottles are each filled by hand in minute single cask batches. These rare bottles are highly collectable and utterly brilliant to experience “glass in hand”.

Why the name – Smoke On The Water?

We give all of our releases a name that befits them. This illustrious and luxury dram has been borne of one of Islay’s most famous distilleries and bottled at an amazingly mature and seldom seen age. Laphroaig distillery is world renowned for it’s richly coastal and peaty style. The distillery sits right on the windswept beaches of southern Islay producing it’s famously pungent smokey distillate. What name could fit it better than Smoke On The Water?

Which Distillery?

Laphroaig! How rare… Famously Prince Charles’ favourite tipple, it has received Royal charter, describing itself as “the most richly flavoured of all Scotch whiskies”. This old distillery sits proudly in a row shoulder to shoulder with distilleries Ardbeg and Lagavulin along the Isle of Islay’s Southern Coast.

Sweet, sumptous and sultry smoke meanders out of the glass. A deep peat aroma, brine and hint of seaweed. Spices emerge from behind the first nosing showing sweet bread, cloves and candied ginger.
